About the Role:
As an RMT at Axis Therapy & Performance, you will report directly to the Clinic Director. We seek positive, motivated individuals who embrace challenges and flourish in a collaborative setting. Your role will involve delivering outstanding client care, designing effective treatment plans, working closely with your teammates, and engaging in community outreach initiatives that make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients warmly with enthusiasm and positive energy
• Deliver outstanding care tailored to each client's unique needs
• Build strong connections with clients and define clear treatment objectives
• Design and execute effective treatment plans
• Empower clients by explaining treatment plans and motivating their dedication
• Work closely with fellow therapists to provide well-rounded care
• Engage in community partnerships and participate in outreach activities
• Take part in meetings aimed at setting goals and promoting personal development

Requirements

• Hold a current license and maintain good standing with your affiliated college
• Embrace flexibility with varied hours, including evenings and weekends
