Your daily activities as a Customer Support Specialist will include:
- Client support (Phone, Chat, Email)
- Checking website content
- Content translations
- Control the pending applications
- Request documents from the clients
- Resolve tasks from the Compliance department
- Retention
- Cross-sell
- Upsell
- Additional tasks from Team Lead
Requirements
- Willingness to work with clients
- Willingness to work in Bulgarian working hours (09-18 BG time)
