Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of a world-renowned brand. Your goal is to provide seamless support and turn every interaction into a positive experience.

  • Solve & Support: Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with technical troubleshooting, billing inquiries, or general product information.
  • Listen & Engage: Use your empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role and the relocation support, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Work Authorization: Must hold a valid EU Passport or EU National ID card (EU Citizenship is required due to local labor regulations).
  • Language Mastery: Fluency in Japanese (Native or C1 level).
  • English Skills: A B2 level of English is required for internal training and communication.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools and multitasking across different software platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people.
