Partnerships Coordinator

Position Overview:

ELVTR, a premier online education platform, is seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of online courses from concept to delivery, managing timelines and budgets, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring the quality of our educational offerings. This role is  ideal for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for lifelong learning and the latest educational trends.

This is a full-time, remote role for with a work schedule of 12- 8 PM SAST

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Course Production: Handle all aspects of online course production, including conducting market research, curating course objectives, defining target audiences, and collaborating closely with instructors.
• Manage Timelines and Budgets: Keep projects on track by managing production timelines and ensuring everything is completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our instructional design, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure our course content aligns with educational goals and meets the needs of our learners.
• Partner with Instructors: Build strong relationships with instructors, guiding them to prepare and rehearse course material.
• Ensure Quality & Relevance: Review course content, marketing copy, and sales materials for accuracy, clarity, and learner value.
• Problem-Solve with Ease: Tackle any challenges that arise during the production process with creativity and a positive attitude.
• Stay Innovative: Keep up-to-date with the latest educational trends and technology.
