Head of IFA Products

Lead the evolution of wealth-focused products on a global scale, shaping how investment data, technology, and services connect asset managers with distribution channels - with a particular focus on the UK IFA market.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of product strategy, with a clear mandate to define and scale a market-leading wealth proposition rooted in a deep understanding of the UK wealth distribution landscape, especially IFAs. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, drive innovation, and ensure our offering is tightly aligned to the needs of this critical segment.

With exposure to global clients, regulatory developments, and potential M&A opportunities, this role offers both strategic depth and commercial impact, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader with strong domain expertise in UK wealth.

Your key responsibilities as a Head of IFA Products will include:

• Defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for wealth-focused offerings, with a strong emphasis on the UK IFA and wealth management market
• Leading the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and optimisation, ensuring solutions meet the specific needs of IFAs and related distribution channels
• Acting as a subject matter expert on UK wealth distribution, bringing deep insight into IFA behaviours, platforms, and market dynamics
• Driving market analysis, client engagement, and thought leadership to shape innovative and competitive product solutions
• Collaborating with Commercial, Engineering, Client Experience, and other teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products
• Managing strategic partnerships, including integration of third-party solutions and commercial negotiations
• Leading and developing a globally distributed team, including resource planning, budget ownership, and performance management

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Head of IFA Products:

• You will bring extensive product management or product strategy experience within the fund or investment management industry
• You will have deep, demonstrable knowledge of the UK wealth distribution market, particularly the IFA landscape, platforms, and client needs
• You will have a strong understanding of how IFAs interact with data, technology, and investment solutions, and how this translates into product opportunities
• You will demonstrate the ability to translate complex market dynamics and client requirements into clear, actionable product strategies
• You will have proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment
• You will possess strong commercial acumen, with experience driving product growth, partnerships, and business outcomes
