Job Purpose:

The Delivery Coordinator (Ethernet) plays a key role within the Connectivity Hub, responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of Ethernet services. The role ensures orders are provisioned smoothly from initial request through to handover, working closely with suppliers and customers to deliver against agreed processes, timescales, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of Ethernet services, from order placement through to successful handover
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation
  • Monitor and manage task queues, meeting daily operational targets and service levels
  • Respond to customer and supplier queries via phone and shared mailboxes, providing timely and accurate updates
  • Escalate provisioning risks or issues proactively, keeping stakeholders and management informed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by following, reviewing, and enhancing delivery processes and best practice

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and a logical, organised approach to managing work
  • Experience working with service delivery, provisioning, or operational processes (telecoms desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident in building effective relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and customers
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Nice to have:

  • Involvement in Directors Service Office escalation cases for orders e.g. approval.
  • Involvement in provisioning billing disputes.
  • Experience of “Cease before provides” and records issues.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training in telecoms disciplines.
  • Involvement in complex ethernet provisioning.
