About The Role

We're hiring a Specialist Power BI Developer to enhance our BI capability and optimize the reliability and scalability of our reporting estate.

In this hands-on role, you'll deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions and oversee the production environment across multiple European markets. Working alongside Data Engineering (Azure/Databricks), you will transform curated datasets into governed, AI-enhanced insights.

What you’ll be doing

- Build scalable semantic models and high-quality reports. Develop robust DAX and optimize performance and usability across the estate.

- Manage the Power BI Service (workspaces, deployments, access). Ensure refresh reliability, governance, and environment stability.

- Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize requirements, provide day-to-day support, and resolve root-cause issues.

What you’ll bring to the team

- End-to-end expertise including semantic/dimensional modeling and production-level Power BI Service management using DAX and SQL

- Proven experience managing live BI environments, stakeholders, and root-cause troubleshooting.

- Experience with Data Gateway configuration, workspace governance, and access control.

- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, or AI-assisted analytics.

- Experience with version control, structured release processes, or managing external partners.
