Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer specialized in HVAC systems to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to enhance the skills and knowledge of trainees in the region.
The Technical Trainer will work closely with industry partners and internal teams to ensure that training content stays current with technological advancements and industry standards. This role demands excellent communication skills, in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to assess and improve trainee competencies effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver HVAC technical training programs tailored for the Saudi Arabian market
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety practices related to HVAC systems
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with industry needs
Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in HVAC systems, with at least 3-5 years in a training role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and industry best practices applicable to Saudi Arabia
- Experience working in or with the Saudi Arabian market is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Capability to conduct competency-based assessments
- Relevant certifications or vocational qualifications in HVAC systems or training are advantageous
