Western Trained Board Certified Family Medicine- Dubai

We are seeking a Western Trained, Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our hospitals in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and health promotion within a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough medical evaluations, diagnoses, and management of a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages.
• Implement preventive care programs including screenings, immunizations, and patient education to promote wellness.
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive management of patient health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records following best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate actively in continuing medical education, quality assurance, and clinical governance activities.
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide culturally sensitive care that respects diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a Western medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine from recognized Western certification boards (e.g., American Board of Family Medicine, Royal College of General Practitioners UK, etc.).
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure to practice in Dubai.
• Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience in Family Medicine post-board certification.
• Excellent clinical skills in managing acute and chronic diseases, preventive care, and health promotion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
