Specialist Family Medicine

We are seeking a skilled Specialist in Family Medicine for our hospitals in UAE. The Specialist Family Medicine physician will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and preventing a broad spectrum of health conditions in patients of all ages. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of common and complex medical conditions in patients of all age groups.
• Deliver preventive health care, including immunizations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
• Manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records following institutional protocols.
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate actively in clinical audits, continuing medical education, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and communities on health promotion and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid specialization or certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of a valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in Family Medicine or equivalent primary care role.
• Strong clinical skills in managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
