Consultant Radiology-Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join our hospitals in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound to assist in accurate diagnosis and patient management. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide timely and high-quality radiological services, contributing to optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and report on a variety of imaging modalities, including X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to discuss findings and support diagnostic and therapeutic decisions.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and imaging safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
• Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, and continuous medical education.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior radiology staff.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification or specialization in Radiology.
• Valid medical license to practice Radiology in Qatar or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience as a Radiologist.
• Proficiency in interpreting various imaging modalities with accurate diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to patient safety protocols.
