Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist

We are looking for a Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The Consultant will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing respiratory disorders in children, including conditions such as asthma, chronic lung diseases, and other pulmonary complications. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and improve the quality of life of pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and management for pediatric patients with respiratory illnesses.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests including pulmonary function tests and bronchoscopy where applicable.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and other specialists to ensure integrated care.
• Educate patients and families about disease management and prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Pulmonology or equivalent qualifications.
• Valid license to practice medicine in the UAE.
• At least 5 years of experience in pediatric pulmonology practice.
• Strong clinical skills with expertise in pediatric respiratory diagnostics and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
