Consultant Family Medicine-Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Family Medicine to join our hospitals in Qatar. This role involves providing exceptional primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients across all age groups. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and a patient-focused approach, working collaboratively to enhance the wellbeing of our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans emphasizing prevention and health maintenance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and make appropriate specialist referrals.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous education and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
• Advise patients on lifestyle modifications and health promotion strategies.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
• In-depth knowledge of chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and community health.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Patient-centered approach with commitment to delivering compassionate care.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
