Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, technically proficient, and a skilled communicator. They will oversee analytics initiatives, manage client relationships, and lead a team to deliver high-quality insights and solutions across a diverse portfolio of industries.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

- Analytics Leadership: Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including web analytics, business analysis, marketing attribution, dashboard/reporting creation, and audience strategy development.

- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell services.

- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., strategy, SEO, organic and paid media) to ensure cohesive service delivery.

- Process Optimization: Implement and oversee efficient workflows and processes to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

 

Technical Expertise: 

- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Funnel.io, Firebase, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
- Proficiency with data viz tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.

- Detailed understanding of SKAN configuration on Firebase and/or MMP.

- Ability to manage and implement server-side tagging infrastructure, (bonus expertise with Firestore).

- Experience building privacy-centric measurement framework.

- Comfortable working in GCP, especially using GBQ.

-Experience with Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel and programming languages such as Python or R are beneficial.

- Understand and apply methodologies like attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling to deliver actionable insights.

 

 

 Client & Project Scope: 

- Manage analytics for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries such as e-commerce, tech startups, automotive, and hospitality.

- Work on multiple accounts simultaneously, demonstrating agility and flexibility.

- Own and manage RFP responses

Qualifications & Requirements: 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics).

- Experience: 4-5 years in analytics, with proven experience in client-facing roles.

- Certification: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) certification is mandatory.

- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills
