Junior Accountant (Accounts Receivable & Payable) - Immediate Joiners Only

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate collections
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Support audits and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payment matters

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in AR/AP

Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, ERP systems)

Good analytical and numerical skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the UAE market
• Immediate joiners preferred
