Accounting Manager - Real Estate focus

Job Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate accounting and demonstrate the ability to manage financial activities, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency  

• Prepare and present timely financial statements and management reports  

• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow  

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements  

• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team  

• Collaborate with senior management to support financial planning and business strategy  

Requirements

Requirements 

• 7–10 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience in real estate accounting (essential)  

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance  

• Demonstrated ability to manage accounting functions and financial operations  

• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills  

• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills  

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
