Head of Service / VIP Waiter

AHS, a prestigious real estate and luxury lifestyle company, is seeking a professional and highly skilled VIP Waiter / Head of Service to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, world-class service to guests ensuring an elevated hospitality experience at all times.

As the Head of Service, you will oversee all aspects of F&B service, guest experience, and service team coordination, maintaining the highest standards of elegance, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all service operations within the property.
• Ensure flawless table setups, dining arrangements, and service execution.
• Greet and attend to VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Train and coordinate service staff to maintain consistent luxury standards.
• Manage event service for private dinners, gatherings, and formal occasions.
• Ensure impeccable presentation of dining areas, lounges, and common spaces.
• Oversee beverage and wine service, including recommendations and pairing.
• Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and personalized guest preferences.
• Maintain communication with the kitchen, housekeeping, and concierge teams for smooth operations.
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and guest privacy at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a VIP Waiter, Head Waiter, Butler, or in luxury F&B service for HNW/UHNW clients.

• Strong background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private household service.
• Exceptional knowledge of service etiquette, table settings, wine service, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Impeccable grooming, manners, and service professionalism.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train service staff.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, with flexibility.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
• Valid passport and readiness to travel if required.
• Additional languages are an asset.
