Join Us in Building the Next Generation of Clinicians: BCBA Student (Fieldwork Program)

At our organization, we believe strong clinicians are developed, not rushed. We’re building a thoughtful, growth-focused BCBA Student Program designed for individuals who care deeply about clinical quality, ethical practice, and meaningful client outcomes.

If you’re pursuing your BCBA and want more than just hours—if you’re looking for mentorship, structure, and a team that genuinely invests in your development, this is where your clinical journey takes shape.

About Us

We are a values-driven ABA organization committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to the families we serve.

  • Focused on clinical integrity and long-term outcomes
  • Invested in developing future BCBAs through structured training
  • Built on a culture of accountability, mentorship, and growth

We don’t just supervise hours, we build clinicians.

The Role: Where Learning Meets Real Clinical Impact

This role is designed for graduate-level students who are ready to actively apply their knowledge in real-world settings while receiving high-quality supervision.

As a BCBA Student, you will work directly with clients while developing core competencies in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration. You’ll be supported by experienced BCBAs who are committed to your growth, not just your completion of hours.

Program Structure

Our BCBA Student Program is intentional, structured, and designed for success:

  • Begin by working on assigned cases in a direct care capacity
  • Minimum of 15 hours/week of paid restricted (direct) fieldwork
  • Minimum of 10 hours/week of unpaid unrestricted learning opportunities

  • Initial two-week evaluation period to ensure mutual fit
  • Opportunity to formally join the BCBA Student Program upon successful completion
  • Fieldwork hours accrued during the trial period will count toward supervision once accepted

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on clinical experience with real client impact
  • Structured supervision aligned with BACB standards
  • Exposure to assessments, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced clinical leaders
  • A clear path toward BCBA certification and long-term career growth

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA (proof required)
  • Eligible to begin accruing BCBA supervised fieldwork hours
  • Reliable availability and strong communication skills
  • Prior ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus
  • Candidates who have completed coursework must be eligible for any required graduate-level permits (if applicable)

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just looking for students, we’re looking for future clinicians.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Driven: You are committed to becoming a skilled, ethical BCBA
  • Accountable: You take ownership of your learning and clinical work
  • Compassionate: You value meaningful relationships with clients and families
  • Detail-oriented: You care about doing things the right way
  • Growth-oriented: You actively seek feedback and continuous improvement
  • Professional: You communicate clearly and show up reliably

Benefits

Why Join Vibrant ABA?

Because this is more than a job. It is an opportunity to build a career while making a real difference.

  • Professional Development: Opportunities to become a BCBA with the support of our team
  • Flexible Scheduling: Afternoon, evening, and weekend hours available
  • Convenient Locations: Work with clients within a 30-minute travel radius
  • Collaborative Environment: Join a dedicated team of professionals who are driven to positively impact the lives of children and families

Compensation

We believe in supporting our students as they grow:

Hourly Rate: $24–$30, based on experience

Next Steps

Qualified candidates will complete an initial screening followed by an interview with a recruitment specialist. After passing this stage, you will be moved on to an interview with a member of our clinical team. We extend offers to candidates who demonstrate readiness for supervised fieldwork and alignment with our clinical values.

If you’re ready to build your future as a BCBA with a team that prioritizes quality, mentorship, and meaningful impact, we’d love to connect.
