JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Fulfillment & Operations Associate to assist with Proper Cloth’s daily operational activities. As Proper Cloth continues to grow, we recognize that continued success leads to an increased need for support. Order fulfillment, stock-keeping, and returns processing will all be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. 

As a member of the Operations team, you will be instrumental in keeping our fulfillment, shipping, and internal processes running smoothly. In this role you will learn how to efficiently ship different types of products, manage inventories, process returns, and more. You'll communicate with our customer experience team and work with them closely to resolve customer issues. In addition, you’ll gain experience in fabrics, garment construction, design, and what it means to operate with a customer-centric mindset.

We’re a small and personal team and every contribution that you make will make a huge difference in our team’s goals. You’ll be getting hands-on experience in with some of our supply chain operations, order management flows, and back-end business decisions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting in the team’s e-comm daily order fulfillment and ensuring all orders are accurately completed.
  • Performance of stock-keeping tasks including cycle counts, inspections, additions of new products, and packaging counts. 
  • Maintaining and communicating workflows in conjunction with other teams
  • Daily reception and processing of all returned products.
  • Daily organization of all returns activities. 
  • Quality inspection on returned products

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Great time management skills and accountability.
  • Focus on execution, problem solving, and process improvement
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments.
  • Experience with Google Docs / Microsoft Office.
