Our client is a fast-growing D2C longevity/wellness startup. Their founding team came together around a shared commitment: to enable everyday people to access clean, high quality supplements with transparent ingredients based on the latest scientific insights in rapidly growing field of longevity.

Our client takes great care in selecting only high quality ingredients from reputable sources and in a rare move for the supplement industry transparently publishes the supplier of each ingredient used on its website. All supplements are also double tested for purity and against contamination in an independent 3d party lab.

The Role

As the Creative Lead & Strategist (Head of Brand & Creative), you will shape our client’s global brand presence. You will work closely with the Founders and the Marketing team to ensure our mission of fostering healthier, longer lives is reflected in every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship: Own and evolve our client's brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and premium aesthetic that is easily recognised and remembered. Maintain and protect our brand identity across the whole organisation
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact creative strategies for global markets, spanning digital ads, social media, and packaging.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with the Science team to translate rigorous data into compelling, accessible visual stories and educational content.
  • Content Innovation: Oversee the production of high-performing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, staying ahead of social and cultural trends.
  • Project Management: Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of world-class assets.
  • Growth Integration: Use a data-driven mindset to analyze campaign performance, iterating on creative designs to maximize traffic and conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in creative direction or brand strategy, ideally within a high-growth D2C startup or an international premium health/wellness brand.
  • Visual Excellence: A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to blend clean, professional aesthetics with high-energy, impactful storytelling.
  • Strategic Mindset: You don't just make things look "pretty"—you understand the "why" behind the design and how it drives business growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) first experiences using AI tools in your field a must, proficiency a massive plus.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to articulate complex creative visions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Industry Passion: A deep-rooted interest in longevity, cellular health, and the future of wellness.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
