Responsibilities
- Conduct research on global macroeconomic events, policy developments, financial markets, and cryptocurrencies.
- Support the preparation of materials for daily updates and weekly macro discussions.
- Assist in developing, backtesting, optimising trading strategies and quantitative models.
- Update and improve trading analytics/visualisation tools for the desk.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and visualisation is preferred.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charting) is preferred.
