Requirements

What You'll Do:

Requirements Gathering – 25%

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for AI and data solutions.
  • Work with the product owners and delivery managers to develop/refine use cases and success criteria.
  • Ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives and DAIS capabilities.
  • Assist in project definition as required.

Training and Adoption Support – 45%

  • Develop and implement comprehensive materials to promote the adoption of AI.
  • Create user guides, training manuals, and other resources to facilitate effective use of technology.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive tool adoption both directly and through key stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling content to a complex audience.

Communications - 25%

  • Manage internal communications from the DAIS department.
  • Develop and distribute newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep the team informed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with and support the DAIS SLT.

Who You Are:

  • Practical experience in a project environment including adherence to governance structures and processes
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies including Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Good understanding of IT systems, methodologies, and key processes
  • Experience working with stakeholders to ensure successful technology uptake within the business
  • Previous experience working within Professional Services is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation and analysis
  • Exceptional written, creative and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative materials.
  • Experience in internal communications and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
