We are looking for an Acquisition Team Supervisor to lead driver acquisition operations and ensure efficient onboarding, performance, and retention of delivery drivers in a fast-paced last-mile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Acquisition team
- Ensure attraction, onboarding, and retention of high-quality delivery drivers
- Oversee the full acquisition lifecycle (sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and contract finalization)
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of acquisition targets
- Ensure operational efficiency within a fast-paced logistics environment
- Support business growth through effective execution of acquisition activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driver recruitment or similar roles
- Experience in fast-paced operations or logistics environments is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Adaptability to changing market dynamics
