In-Home Sales Consultant - Roofing

At Rhino‑Back Roofing, we’re a $35M+ residential roofing company in CT, RI, and Western MA. Retail roofing is our fastest growing division, and we’re looking for top talent, A‑player closers to grow it.

What You'll Do:

• Run pre‑scheduled, qualified in‑home roofing estimates
• Lead a structured, one‑call close using our proven sales system
• Present options, warranties, and financing so homeowners feel confident
• Follow up on near‑misses and turn “think it over” into “yes”
• Hand off clean jobs to a production team that fulfills what you promised
