Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M+ annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high-income career.

This role is your launchpad into six-figure roofing sales.

What You’ll Do

• Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
• Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
• Offer free, professional roof inspections
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team

No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.

Compensation (Uncapped Commission)

• Top first-year reps: $60,000–$90,000
• Top performers: $100,000+
• No cap on earnings – your income is directly tied to your effort and performance

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Afternoons, evenings and Saturdays (peak hours)
• Ongoing team training - 2 times a week in Simsbury, CT (must be willing to commute to Simsbury for the trainings)
