Product - Business Enablement Intern

About the role

This internship is part of the Product organization and supports the Segment Strategy & Partnerships function. The role is designed for someone interested in product strategy, ecosystem research, AI infrastructure, market intelligence, and cross-functional product planning.

You will support research, documentation, and enablement-related work across product and market initiatives.

What you will do

• Research market segments, ecosystem players, customer types, workloads, and industry developments

• Help organize customer, partner, and internal feedback into structured notes and working documents

• Support the preparation and maintenance of presentations, benchmark summaries, FAQs, white papers, and internal reference materials

• Maintain lightweight operating artifacts such as trackers, repositories, and documentation libraries

• Contribute to ad hoc projects related to launch readiness, market adoption, ecosystem mapping, and internal enablement

What we are looking for

• Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills

• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate it well

• Interest in AI and AI applications, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or product strategy

• Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to work with English-language materials

Preferred qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience in AI research, technical product, management consulting, or similar roles

• Familiarity with AI models, inference, developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software

• Comfort with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative documentation tools

• Professional fluency in additional languages
