Position Summary
GLIDE’s Workforce Development Division is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and culturally responsive traumainformed Case Manager to support individuals facing complex barriers to employment and stability. This role is rooted in a harm reduction, culturally sensitive, and a healing-centered engagement model, serving adults, women, transitional-age youth (18–27), individuals impacted by the justice system, those in recovery, and people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The Case Manager will provide intensive, wraparound support services that promote self-sufficiency, emotional well-being, and successful entry into the workforce, education, and/or vocational training pathways.

Work Environment
GLIDE’s buildings are located in the Tenderloin neighborhood. GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy to the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building.
This role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
