Location: New York, NY / Hybrid Remote

We have an office in New York and this position can either be based in the office, or hybrid remote, with telecommuting available up to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, UI, and interactive prototypes for product updates, redesigns and new releases using tools including Figma. Conceptualize and deliver 5+ high-impact product features, driving successful adoption and implementation by clients. Play a key role in designing the core components of a new end-to-end product, enhancing client retention and fostering new business relationships. Contribute and take initiative to recreate the company's design system by building design foundations and elevating the style, organization and versatility of design components. Facilitate design workshops and collaborate closely with product, engineering documentation, and leadership teams to brainstorm, validate, and align on solutions, ensuring clear communication, shared priorities and seamless execution across departments. Perform UX Design, UI Design, and create products to meet business requirements and user needs. Front-end Interaction Design.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Interactive Telecommunications, or a closely related field plus two (2) years of experience as a UX Designer, or a closely related role. Experience must include two (2) years of experience using Figma, Visual Code Studio, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira. Two (2) years of experience performing UX Design, UI Design, and creating products to meet business requirements and user needs. Front-end Interaction Design. Required experience may be gained concurrently. Telecommuting three (3) days a week.
