Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including application customizations and third-party software integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator and other departmental resources to support multiple system interfaces and data integrations. The role involves monitoring critical path workflows, resolving issues, and providing functional and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software for compatibility with existing systems; install and test vendor upgrades and patches.
  • Research and understand business processes to design UI and workflows tailored to business needs.
  • Analyze, design, and develop code to support system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs.
  • Provide daily support to functional end-users, performing debugging tasks to resolve system issues.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper application function and effective communication of changes.
  • Develop and conduct system and program testing; evaluate test results and perform necessary code revisions.
  • Participate in Agile project management activities such as Scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Manage and resolve daily user trouble tickets and perform on-call support as needed.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain current system design documents.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to receive a favorable DoD background investigation.
  • 3+ years of general application development and support experience.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST.
  • Experience in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions.
  • Experience communicating with technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • 4+ years of general application development and support experience.
  • 2 years' experience in Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II Certifications.
  • Experience with Aura framework, OmniScript, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Einstein Analytics.
  • Technical experience working with healthcare systems or in a government contract systems environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
