Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Hotel & Vacation Advisor. In this role, you will assist clients with selecting accommodations, coordinating vacation plans, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and hospitality industry. No prior experience is required. Training and support are provided.

### Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with exploring hotel options, vacation packages, and resort stays
  • Provide guidance based on client preferences, travel goals, and budget considerations
  • Support the booking and confirmation process for accommodations and travel services
  • Communicate clearly regarding reservation details, availability, and travel requirements
  • Review travel information for accuracy, including dates and guest details
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
### Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using online tools and booking platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
