We are looking for a technology-driven Sr. Analyst to own Revenue & COGS assurance for Aleph's LATAM region. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, AI automation, and financial operations. The ideal candidate brings strong systems analysis skills, combined with a working knowledge of accounting principles, to design scalable solutions that eliminate manual reconciliation, reduce errors, and accelerate financial closing cycles.

### Core Responsibilities

Financial Operations Support

Reconcile costs and revenues for campaigns on a monthly basis; support global regions as needed.

Coordinate with publishers to validate and reconcile invoices, and manage discrepancy resolution.

Prepare and control Intercompany Revenue and COGS, including Sales and Purchase Orders in SAP/S4 Hana.

Support internal and external audits; ensure accuracy of accounting books for financial reporting.

Review and validate Salesforce delivery data against publisher reports using data intelligence techniques.

Automation & Technology

Design and implement automation workflows to replace manual reconciliation of revenues and costs across LATAM campaigns.

Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate ERP (SAP/S4 Hana), Salesforce, and publisher data sources.

Use AI tools to improve and automate processes: to detect discrepancies, anomalies, and billing errors proactively.

Collaborate with IT and Engineering to develop and deploy scalable automation projects across the Finance Operations team.

Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility of margins and performance.

### Required Skills and Experience

Technology & AI (Primary Focus):

Experience in using Claude or similar AI tools to perform automation.

Experience with AI tools for anomaly detection, pattern recognition, or predictive analytics.

Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, macros/VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas).

Familiarity with APIs and system integrations (ERP, CRM, publisher platforms).

Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).

Accounting & Finance (Supporting Knowledge) :

Working knowledge of revenue recognition and cost of goods sold (COGS) concepts.

Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP or S4 Hana.

Ability to read, validate, and reconcile financial data and invoices.

Understanding of P&L structure and intercompany accounting is a plus.

Education: Degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Finance/Accounting background with demonstrated strong IT skills also considered.

Experience: 4–5 years in technology, data analytics, systems analysis, or finance operations roles.

Languages: Advanced English (written and oral)

Nice to Have:

Media & Advertising industry experience

Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms

Revenue assurance experience in digital/service industries

SAP S/4 Hana expertise
