What you’ll do
- Support monthly reporting and create meaningful KPI analyses for management and business teams
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and business planning activities
- Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses that help steer the business
- Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial systems together with the FP&A team
What you’ll bring
- Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar Finance role
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot or similar
- Planning tools like OneStream would be a plus
- Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
