Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):
We’re looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support federal proposal and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing complex information, and keeping teams aligned in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with leadership to help shape proposal responses, track opportunities, and produce clear, concise written content. 
### What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate proposal and RFI activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation, and drafting written summaries and internal communications
  • Support live federal proposals and RFI responses, contributing to real business growth efforts
  • Write and edit internal‑facing content, including daily growth status updates, opportunity summaries, and proposal support text (non‑technical)
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy and prepare inputs for leadership reporting
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and internal documents
  • Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high‑volume periods
    • ### What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
    • 2-3 years of experience supporting proposals, business development, program coordination, or similar structured environments 
    • Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries, status reports, or internal communications
    • Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
    • Comfort working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
     
    ### Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise written outputs
  • A CF APMP, Shipley, or related certifications
  • Familiarity with structured processes, templates, and trackers
  • Interest in learning about federal contracting or professional services environments
