The Facilities Maintenance Technician I will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary. Assists in emergencies as needed.

Pay: $28.00/HR

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule: 5 days on, 2 off, will include weekends.

Essential Function:

1 – 3+ years of experience in commercial property, multi-unit residential and/or related facilities maintenance role.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the following:

The physical demands described here must be met by employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the
Maintenance Technician I – IV roles.
Must possess the ability to stand, climb and frequently lift a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment (pumps, tools, ladders, etc.).
Regularly required install/move equipment.
Ability to walk and transverse property to facility work.
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
Ability to read and understand information presented orally and in writing.
