### Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Support: Assist the team in tracking deal milestones and preparing documentation for lending transactions.

Documentation & Compliance: Learn how loan agreements and security documents are structured; support reviews under supervision.

Stakeholder Coordination: Shadow interactions with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) and external counsel to understand execution workflows.

Disbursement & Records: Help maintain transaction records and ensure proper filing of documentation.

Process Learning: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and gain exposure to best practices in legal and financial operations.
