As a Senior Enablement Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to our customer
experience leadership teams. You will move beyond traditional training delivery to act as a
consultant who diagnoses performance gaps and architects holistic solutions that drive
measurable business outcomes. This role is central to our transition toward an AI firstĀ
agentic enablement model where we leverage cutting-edge technology to maximize speed-to-
adoption and scale our impact across the global business.
Owning the Highspot strategy for your business unit, youll be transforming it from a static content hub into an agentic enablement engine that delivers just-in-time guidance, immersive buyer experiences, and AI-driven engagement. Youāll design scalable templates and playbooks, enable the field on modern selling motions, and use intent data and performance analytics to continuously optimize impact across deal velocity, win rates, and customer outcomes.
Professional Services, Technical Support, and Marketing to diagnose business friction
and design enablement programs that address core performance gaps.

The estimated pay range for this role is $128,000 - $166,500
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
