Full Stack AI Developer

Our mission is to support complex, data-driven mission critical environments by economically storing, veraciously protecting, and frictionlessly analyzing data using an AI-powered, high-performance software platform. Our team develops and delivers highly secure and scalable software solutions capable of handling large data sets and disparate file types across a variety of classified and unclassified use cases. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed professional to fill the role of Full-Stack AI Developer to support our team in Northern Virginia.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in production environments creating and integrating new applications capabilities and features
• Enrich AI-driven platforms designed to streamline the process of ingesting, exploring, triaging, and searching collections of data
• Self-starter with key role in delivering software solutions for critical application development projects in a Production environment.
• AI model trends and optimization of LLMs
• AI model validation: accuracy and evaluation, effectiveness, and metrics.
• DevOps automation approaches involving GitHub/GITLAB CI/CD processes.
• Regular, effective communication with team members and cross-functional resources.
• Define, create, test, and execute build and deployment procedures.
• Document current and future configuration processes and policies.
• Technologies to be used: Python, Kubernetes and Docker, Opensearch, Gitlab CI/CD, AWS Cloud, Air-gapped environments

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile scrum team environment
• DevOps professional certification or equivalent
• AWS professional certification or equivalent
• Go / GoLang

Position Clearance Requirement:

• TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph

Location: McLean, VA 5 days per week.
