Short Summary of Role: We're hiring our first Instructional Designer to lead how Superhuman teaches customers — they'll own how we design, set quality standards for, and evaluate educational experiences across our Academy, live programs, and in-product learning. Think of people with 3+ years designing for adult learners across multiple formats (courses, video, in-product education), ideally from a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company with rapid product cycles. The best fit is a hybrid Instructional / Learning Experience Designer who's excited to build a function from scratch and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth — not someone looking for an established playbook.
