Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Houston, TX (Must live in the greater Houston area)
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

A quick snapshot…

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all aspects of a department’s recruiting success through the development of hiring processes and both the implementation of traditional sourcing strategies as well as new and creative recruiting ideas. Ultimately, we're looking for that special someone who will play a crucial role in helping to ensure we continue to hire rock-stars with the best possible skillset and DNA match to the Conga culture.

You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while driving end‑to‑end ownership of searches. Your work will have real visibility and real consequences, from improving hiring velocity to elevating candidate experience and raising the bar on talent quality.

  • Proven Recruiting Expertise. You bring a strong track record of success recruiting for growing organizations and know how to attract, assess, and close top talent.
    • 5–7+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience required.
  • Driven & Results Oriented. You’re a true go getter—curious, motivated, and energized by building pipelines, filling roles, and delivering results in fast moving environments.
  • Values Driven & Dedicated. You care deeply about culture and take pride in hiring candidates who not only have the right skills, but also align with our core values.
  • Your outreach cuts through the noise—thoughtful, engaging, and anything but generic.
  • Exceptional Communicator. You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable partnering with executive leaders across a diverse, global organization.
  • Operationally Sharp. You’re a savvy—self starter and problem solver who is resourceful, highly pragmatic, and execution focused. You bring hands on experience with cold calling, pipeline creation, and building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
