The U.S. is in a Cold War-like “space race” to lead in physical AI and our supply chain needs urgent transformation to scale manufacturing of electronics for robotics. This transformation will determine if the U.S. can preserve its role as the world’s largest and most innovative economy, reestablish deterrence superiority, and, if confronted, prevail against its most capable adversary since WWII.
The Machine Learning Engineer is our architect of intelligence. They will focus on developing and deploying models and systems that power our proprietary system, Keystone.
What You'll Build
AI-native operating system for manufacturers.
ML pipelines predicting downtime, optimizing changeovers, and reducing defects using factory telemetry and validated against OEE.
What You Have:
2+ years building production AI/ML systems
Experience with real-world data challenges
Passion for the physical world and helping the best version of America thrive
Bonus: specific experience in manufacturing/supply chain/industrials

Comp: $180K-$250K + Meaningful Founding Engineer Equity
