From infrastructure to cloud-native platforms, every layer is engineered for maximum reliability and quality. We work closely with our customers to ensure their most vital operations run seamlessly, regardless of complexity.

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Software Engineer to join a small, close-knit, self-managing team. Our mission is to develop advanced AI platforms, AI-driven solutions, and applications that transform how our customers operate across a wide range of industries. • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Driving architectural decisions and contributing to long-term technical vision
  • Experience of applying change management practices when delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and platforms to ensure value is delivered
  • Ability to tinker and follow up quickly with new technology change, the pace at which you need to keep track of new AI knowledge is high.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Some front-end exposure

Everyone we work with and consider working with has a right to equal treatment. The hiring and appraisal process at Schuberg Philis is designed to be thorough and equitable, implementing fair payment, benefits, and opportunities across all demographics.
