- You will work closely with the Information Systems team to support real-world technology challenges, gaining exposure to how financial and investment systems operate within an asset‑management environment.
- In this role, you will assist with daily operational tasks such as system monitoring, basic troubleshooting, Jira ticket triage, documentation, and supporting small enhancement or testing activities.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams across IT-Networks, Affiliates, and IS teams to gather information, coordinate tasks, and help maintain smooth system performance.
- Throughout the internship, you’ll participate in learning opportunities, shadow team discussions, and contribute fresh ideas.
- Support day‑to‑day system operations by assisting with monitoring, incident triage, and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Contribute to the upkeep of documentation, including system procedures, knowledge articles, and process updates for team use.
- Assist in testing and validating system changes, enhancements, and integrations to ensure smooth and reliable system performance.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather information, participate in team tasks, and support ongoing IS initiatives.
- Learn and apply foundational concepts in enterprise systems, security practices etc.
- A strong curiosity for technology and a willingness to learn how enterprise systems operate in a financial environment.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as applications, databases, networks, or scripting, along with an eagerness to develop new technical skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized, take initiative, and contribute positively to team goals.
- Ability to understand and apply fundamental programming concepts across different languages.
- Familiarity with structured data, querying concepts, relational data models, and interpreting system‑generated datasets.
- Understanding of core networking principles such as addressing, name resolution, secure connectivity, and troubleshooting common access issues.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, version control practices, ticketing systems, and general IT operations workflows used in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of system health checks, alert monitoring, incident triage, documentation practices, and supporting day‑to‑day technology operations.
- B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Equivalent Degree is preferred
