我們開發工業用AI相機，主要應用在中國與美國的工廠現場，幫助工廠在設備端直接進行 AI 運算。對我們來說，產品的穩定性非常重要。因為只要相機停止運作，工廠的生產線就可能受到影響。我們的產品研發中心在台北，總部在舊金山，並在中國與美國都有應用工程與客戶工程團隊。

職位職責 (The Role)

我們正在招募一位營運實習生 Operations Intern，加入台北研發中心的後勤團隊。這是一個偏實作的職位，主要會接觸硬體設備。你的工作會包含準備相機設備、協助出貨、整理實驗室環境，並確保每一台出貨的相機都已完成基本設定與測試，可以交付給現場使用。你會和工程團隊密切合作，按照流程完成硬體相關工作，確保準確又有效率。

工作內容 (What You’ll Do)

• 相機準備： 拆卸新裝置外箱並進行設定前的準備工作。

• 軟體安裝： 將裝置連接至電腦，並依照SOP安裝指定的軟體。

• 最終測試： 依照檢查清單測試每台設備，確保功能正常。

• 物流管理： 為完成的裝置貼上標籤並重新包裝，以便運送至全球客戶手中。

• 實驗室支援： 維持硬體實驗室的整潔與組織，並管理測試電纜與各項設備。

必備條件 (Must-Haves)

• 執行紀律： 可以確實按照 SOP 執行工作，不任意省略步驟。

• 電腦素養： 熟悉 Windows 或 macOS 操作，例如檔案管理、資料夾整理與搜尋資料。

• 溝通能力： 能用基本英文向工程團隊回報進度、提出問題或需求。

• 體能需求： 能搬運與拆卸硬體設備，重量通常約 10–15 公斤。

Job Description

We build industrial AI cameras that run at the edge in factories across China and the US. Reliability is everything — when our cameras go down, production lines go down. Our product engineering hub is in Taipei, we're headquartered in San Francisco, and we have large applications and customer engineering teams in both China and the US.

The RoleWe are hiring an Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of our Taipei engineering hub. This is a hands-on role focused on the physical side of our technology. You will be responsible for preparing hardware, managing our lab environment, and ensuring every camera leaving our office is flashed, tested, and field-ready. You will work directly with our engineering teams to keep our hardware pipeline moving with precision and speed.

What You’ll Do

• Hardware Prep: Unbox new units and prepare them for configuration.

• Software Installation: Plug devices into a computer and follow technical guides to flash the latest firmware/software.

• Final Testing: Execute "Checklist Tests" on each device to ensure 100% functionality.

• Logistics: Label finished units and repackage them for shipment to global customers.

• Lab Support: Maintain a clean, organized hardware lab and manage testing cables and equipment.

• Shipment preparation: Be able to organize the customs documentation and prepare a packing list for each box

Must-Haves

• Procedural Discipline: Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) perfectly every time without taking shortcuts.

• Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Windows or macOS (file management, folder organization, and searching).

• Communication: Comfortable providing status updates and asking clarifying questions to the engineering team in English.

• Physical Capability: Comfortable moving and unboxing hardware (typically up to 10–15kg).
