Location: Limassol
Work Model: Full on-site the first 6 months, then Hybrid with 4 days work from the office.
Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for driving commercial efficiency and profitability across all revenue streams. This role sits at the intersection of performance, systems, and operations, ensuring that traffic is monetised in the most structured, optimised, and profitable way possible.
Working closely with Affiliate Managers and leadership, the Revenue Operations Manager oversees margin performance, optimisation strategy, offer configuration, and system logic. While Affiliate Managers focus on relationships and volume growth, this role ensures that growth translates into sustainable profit.
This position formalises and takes ownership of revenue operations and performance optimisation, which are currently managed directly by leadership. As the business scales, structured margin control and operational discipline are critical to maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Margin Ownership
Own and improve blended portfolio profitability, maintaining Expected Profit above %
Monitor margin performance across all accounts, geos, and partners
Identify and correct underperforming segments within defined timeframes
Reduce margin volatility and protect profitability during scale
Performance Optimisation
Lead structured weekly performance meetings with Affiliate Managers
Deliver clear margin reporting and documented optimisation actions
Analyse EPC, CR, ROI, payout, and blended margin performance
Present data-driven optimisation strategies by geo and partner
Systems & Offer Configuration
Manage offer setup, payouts, caps, routing, and cascade logic
Optimise internal monetisation opportunities where viable
Ensure accurate system configuration and minimise operational errors
Improve routing efficiency and response time to performance fluctuations
Reporting & Commercial Accountability
Build and maintain structured revenue reporting
Provide clear performance insights to leadership
Establish repeatable optimisation and reporting cadence
Reduce leadership involvement in day-to-day optimisation by at least %
Success Metrics (First 3–6 Months)
Blended Expected Profit consistently maintained above %
Reduced margin volatility across geos and partners
Faster optimisation cycles and improved response times
Improved EPC and payout discipline
Increased internal monetisation where appropriate
Clear reduction in leadership time spent on operational optimisation
Structured, documented, and repeatable performance processes implemented
Experience:
2–5 years’ experience in a data-driven commercial or performance role
Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, iGaming, lead generation, e-commerce, SaaS RevOps, or similar margin-focused environments
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Hands-on experience configuring offers, payouts, caps, and routing logic within tracking or internal revenue systems
Proven ability to analyse margin, EPC, CR, ROI, and performance data
