Job Summary: The Executive Assistant role with Mariner is a trusted operational partner. This role combines traditional executive support with limited personal assistance responsibilities. The position is primarily focused on managing the Director’s active and frequently changing schedule, maintaining communication flow, and ensuring that administrative and logistical details are handled smoothly.
While the applicant’s work schedule will generally align with standard business hours, flexibility and responsiveness outside those hours are occasionally required.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, extremely organized, discreet, technologically fluent, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Calendar and Scheduling Management - coordinating meetings across multiple organizations, clients, and advisors
Email and Communication Management - responding directly to scheduling and administrative matters
Travel Coordination - coordinating commercial travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Document and Information Management
Administrative Coordination
Meeting Preparation - preparing briefing materials, ensuring Director is informed and prepared for upcoming meetings
Team Support - Supporting other Wealth team members as needed

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of Executive Assistant experience
Prior experience supporting senior executives or founders
Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and high-volume communications
Experience working in environments requiring strict confidentiality
