The Role
You will excel at recognizing and developing opportunities within our existing customer base. Your ability to effectively manage the sales cycle in a fast-paced environment will be essential to driving customer growth and ensuring long-term success for both our clients and our business.
What You Will Do
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and qualify upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Effectively self-prospect existing customer base through quarterly business reviews and monthly check-ins
- Prospect into client base and uncover new opportunities
- Conduct sales activities to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients and uncover expansion opportunities from those leads
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
- Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our SaaS products.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and leads.

What You Need to Succeed
- A genuine interest in understanding others, their processes, and challenges.
- An eagerness to learn and stay updated on technology trends, as well as proficiency in using software and tools, is critical for effectively demonstrating SaaS products.
- The ability to foster collaborative and strong relationships with customers.
- Effective management of daily sales activities, including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and closing deals.
- A solid understanding of sales techniques, such as prospecting, lead qualification, the discovery process, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits, build relationships, and address customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using Salesforce.
- The ability to quickly learn new SaaS products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing customer needs.

Compensation
As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $120,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.

Families want to commemorate these events with beautiful flowers used in decoration or in, bouquets etc. But, there is one thing most people fail to think about. An average event lasts for about one day, so what will happen to all the fresh flowers after the event? Unfortunately, most of the flowers get thrown away. Elevating the concept of upcycling, Bloomerang applies this phenomenon to used flowers! Khandelwal essentially collects flower donations after the event is complete, rearranges them in vases, and donates them to senior care centers, hospitals, and retirement homes! Over the course of quarantine, many senior citizens have been forgotten or are going through mental health issues due to being isolated for so long. This same phenomenon is very prevalent with long-term patients in hospitals as well. Hospitals had banned visitation for a while due to the pandemic and are only now starting to open things back up. These donated flowers bring some color to their lives. The essence of Bloomerang is bringing a smile on someone’s face… someone that truly needs it the most – by giving flowers new powers! The combination of the upcycled flowers, the yearning donors, and the people in need is a formula for happiness!
