What the job is about
As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping meaningful, user-centered experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. You’ll use research, insights, and design thinking to define how products work, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use.
Your focus will be on understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and designing solutions that create seamless and valuable end-to-end experiences.
Your responsibilities will include
- Translate user research and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experience solutions.
- Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create user journeys, personas, and experience maps to guide design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to communicate and validate concepts.
- Inspect usage analytics to adapt user experience, if needed.
- Identify usability issues and iterate solutions based on research findings and stakeholder feedback.
- Define and optimize end-to-end user journeys across digital products and touchpoints.
- Partner with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure experiences are implemented as intended.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with UX methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

What else is expected:
- Experience in UX or a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Sketch or similar.
- Strong understanding of user research methods, usability principles, and interaction design.
- Ability to synthesize research insights into actionable design decisions.
- Experience creating user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to managing design processes.
- Interest in testing, validating, and iterating designs based on user feedback.
- Good understanding of domain modeling and REST APIs is a plus, especially for collaborating with technical teams.
- Experience with Angular is an advantage
- Experience with the Leasing business or Fintech is an advantage
