Join us at Re-Leased

Re-Leased is the property management platform helping property professionals run better real estate businesses. We’re building AI-powered tools that simplify complexity, reduce risk, and help teams thrive in a digital-first world.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to join us as a foundational hire for of our next growth phase. You’ll come in as a hands-on operator, owning the systems, data, and operating rhythm that power marketing performance — with a genuine mandate to rewire how our GTM engine works — with AI as the default, not the exception.

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations, you'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, RevOps, Data, and Finance. If you want to build rather than maintain, operate AI-first, and leave a clear mark on how a high-growth SaaS company scales its commercial engine — this is the role. You could be based in Australia or New Zealand.

What you’ll be owning

  • Design and ship AI-powered workflows across the GTM stack using tools like Claude, Clay, and automation platforms.
  • Own the marketing automation platform and key integrations, including HubSpot and connected tools.
  • Act as product owner of the marketing tech stack — evaluate, pilot, and deploy tools with a bias toward building what doesn't exist over waiting for a vendor to catch up.
  • Build and optimise lifecycle programs including nurture flows, lead and signal-based scoring, routing, enrichment, and lifecycle governance.
  • Improve speed-to-lead and conversion by strengthening automation and handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
  • Own marketing and funnel reporting — definitions, dashboards, attribution models, and data quality.
  • Turn complex, messy data into clear commercial intelligence, pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and channel ROI.
  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot integrations, audit data, QA campaigns, and continuously improve system performance.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations - not reports for review, but a point of view leadership can act on.

What you bring: technical capabilities

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS
  • Demonstrated AI fluency — hands-on experience building workflows using tools like Claude, Clay, or similar
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, including automation, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data architecture across integrated platforms
  • Proven experience building and optimising marketing systems that drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Strong data literacy, including funnel metrics, attribution models, and dashboarding
  • Experience with integration and data platforms such as Segment, Looker, Zapier, or equivalent

How you work: personal attributes

  • AI-first mindset — you instinctively look for ways to automate, augment, and scale work before doing it manually
  • Hands-on builder who moves quickly from concept to live execution
  • Comfortable building the plane while flying it — you've operated in 0-to-1 environments before and know how to prioritise when there's no playbook.
  • Commercially minded — you connect systems and data to real business outcomes
  • Clear communicator who builds trust across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance

Why you’ll love working here

  • Taking care of you: Including comprehensive health insurance, access to a premium EAP service and an annual wellness allowance to spend on what helps you feel good - whether that’s towards a gym membership, new running shoes, or mindfulness apps.
  • Support for families: Generous paid parental leave and flexible, family-friendly support designed to help growing families balance work and life with confidence.
  • Recognition for tenure and milestones: We celebrate time, commitment, and contribution with milestone rewards and additional leave as you grow your career with us.
  • Flexible working, built for a global team: With customers and teammates across New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and North America, we work in a hybrid, remote-friendly way with collaborative offices and the flexibility of a balanced approach to WFH/i-office work.

Our culture is very important to us too, and we strongly believe in living out our core values:

  • People First: One team globally; our people and customers always come first.
  • Find a Way: Like a river, we find a way around all obstacles
  • Win or Learn: Our journey for improvement never ends; enjoy the ride!
  • Aim High: We dare to set big goals and love the challenge of achieving them against the odds.

Ready to Level Up?

Join us and help shape the future of real estate at one of the most exciting SaaS companies born from New Zealand.
