What you'll do
You will be the operational backbone of our Los Angeles division. By providing elite executive support and managing our physical/functional workspace, you enable a team of 30+ to focus on our core KPIs: raising capital and delivering world-class marketing technology.
Executive Partnership: Proactively manage the President’s complex calendar and communications, ensuring they are prepared for all internal and external engagements.
Office Ownership: Independently run day-to-day office functions, from keeping the office stocked to coordinating vendors to maintain a high-vibe environment that reflects our brand and aligns with our broader office culture (Toronto/NYC).
Team Coordination: Act as the central, in-person point of contact for a team of 30+, streamlining office comms, driving engagement and organizing events that keep the team motivated and aligned.
Customer Obsession: Ensure that any external-facing interactions (vendors, partners, or clients) are handled with the highest level of professionalism and urgency.
Project Execution: Support the integration of marketing technology initiatives by handling administrative hurdles, allowing the technical team to focus on innovation.
What skills you need
Experience: 1-3+ years in an EA, Office Operations, or similar hybrid role in a fast-paced environment.
Ownership: Proven ability to support senior leadership while independently managing office operations with minimal oversight.
Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks across scheduling and logistics.
Judgment: Sound prioritization skills; capable of acting as an effective gatekeeper for leadership.
Mindset: A calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to an ever-changing environment.
Tool Experience: Google Calendar, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion or similar tool
This is a hybrid, Los Angeles–based role (3 days in-office in the Culver City area) requiring strong overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST) working hours to support team collaboration.
