About the role

We are looking for an Integration Architect – Agentic Delivery who can design and implement scalable integrations between AI-powered agentic systems and enterprise platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows, automations, and seamless data exchange across systems.
### Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and Zendesk / Salesforce
  • Design end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agents
  • Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability across systems
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions
  • Develop custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance
  • ### Requirement
  • Strong experience with Zendesk APIs, apps framework, and workflows
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, integrations)
  • Experience in integration architecture (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier, custom middleware, etc.)
  • Knowledge of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven systems
  • Exposure to Agentic AI / LLM workflows / prompt orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
  • ### Good to Have
  • Experience with AI automation platforms / conversational AI
  • Knowledge of LangChain / LLM integrations
  • Background in customer experience (CX) platforms
